About a result
If a result offers the optional follow-up form, you can leave an email there after seeing the result. It is optional, encrypted, separated from evidence, and used only for the preference you choose.
If you remain anonymous, we have no contact address to reply to and cannot reconnect a later message to your anonymous result.
Privacy or deletion
If you supplied a follow-up email and receive a message from Medicare Test Help, reply to that message to request deletion of the separate contact record. Contact records expire within 180 days even without a request.
For help with Medicare coverage or a Medicare claim, contact Medicare through Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE. Do not send personal medical information through ordinary email.
